The 3rd world country workers have little or nothing at home, and the little money the rich Arabs pays is better than nothing. The women know the risks, but feel they have little choice. The men may live in substandard housing, for grueling hours, for little pay, but they have no pay at home.

I just use the "Golden Rule" ... "Do (not) unto others what you (do not) want others to do unto you"
So the Muslim men should ask themselves "If I were a woman, would I want to be raped?"
Spirituality is not so difficult ... people try all kind of loops to get their desires fulfilled
Muslims who rape women, obviously lack "Love, compassion and empathy"

Of course they can,"what your right hand posseses" ,they can do whatever they want to slaves which it basically means, been that way throughout the history of slavery.

Afaik "what your right hand posseses" appears many times in the quran and Hadith.

It is true that slavery has meant different things
    in different times a places.

The biblical apologists who would have it that
"slaves" in biblical times were actually treated
nicely may be correct, in some instances.

In places like Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong
there are a lot of domestic helpers from countries
    such as Indonesia.

Some are treated very well, others, horribly.
Overworked, beaten, raped, fed dog food.
    murdered.

Nobody can look back to biblical times and say
that slaves of Hebrews were consistently
treated better than plantation slaves of Haiti
    in the day.

You kind of miss the point. No Russian priest, or his Sermon on the Mount, was telling the Russians to rape Germans for raping their wives and mothers. On the other hand, as you do to others shall be done to yourself, which is much like do unto others as you would have them do unto you. As for the Moslem "clerics", they supposedly teach the words of their prophet.

LOLOLOL.. Nope.. He's talking about 70 AD when the Roman legions descended on Jerusalem. Syrians, Egyptians and Arabs also fought under Titus and Vespasian because they were part of the Roman Empire.

"Christian" lies are still lies and slander against an innocent person. Ignorance is no excuse.

Yes, if they are fundamentalists. It's part of their religion.

Oh God.. Fundamentalist in Islam and fundamentalist in Christianity means very different things. Hopeless. You don't know enough to discuss it.

What do you know about Sooda's "loyalties"? And why would a Christian have "muslim cleric"? Can you not read?

1300 years ago a woman could not survive in Arabia without belonging to a family, tribe and clan.. It helps to know enough to understand context before you talk about truth. Of course the Welch Imam is stupid as a post. It goes back to Muhammed forbidding the exposure of infant girls.

    This is interesting:

    Question - 13737
In Ar-Raheeo Al Makhtum (The Sealed Nectar) the author says in the section called "The Prophet Household" that the Prophet (S.A.W.) had four concubines
    1. Why is it that having concubines is not haram?
    2. Can other muslims have concubines?.
    Answer
    Praise be to Allaah.
Allaah is Most Wise in the laws that He decrees for His slaves, but this wisdom is only apparent to those who seek it and believe that Allaah is All Wise, and looks at the interests that are served by the laws of Allaah which no man can see unless he ponders the matter, especially when there are those who attack those laws because they go against what they think are right and wise.

With regard to your question about it being permissible for a master to be intimate with his slave woman, the answer is that that is because Allaah has permitted it. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“And those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts)

    6. Except from their wives or (the slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame”

What is the ruling on intimacy with slave women? - Islam Question & Answer
