Buy "your own" campaigns: Do they work?

From now on, certain products sold in Bosnia will have the following label on them:

The products include things like Ilidza Diamond Spring Water and Power Plus Nutrient Suppliments:

The objective of these campaigns is to convince Bosnians that by buying products made in the country they, in turn, support their country.

Is that even accurate? If so, do these campaigns work?

The picture of Power Plus isn't the supplements, its Paloc's clothing detergent. I was looking at the women and getting annoyed: Why would they put women on men's suppliments? Like they're sitting there waiting for him to get nice looking? LOL

These campaigns do work, assuming there is enough pride in your own nation. Yes they do help out your nations economy. If enough people buy domestic products more jobs appear and more money is avaible for things like health care and increased wages leading to a better standard of life. Obviously functionality and price play a big part in this whole scheme.
