    Nice Click Bait isn't it.
Actualy I just massaged the title it should read Biden's administration paying contractors to not build the border wall.
According to Rodney Scott, who was border security chief for the present and previous adminstration, stacks and stacks of panels, hundreds of miles of fiber optic cabling, and cameras that are paid for and not being used. In addition at one point, the U.S. was paying $5 million per day to contractors to not build the wall.
Now the below link is from Fox News so some of you don't need to get your panties in a wad with your normal rants. The reason I used it is because it was of the interview with Mr Scott.
Biden's ex-border security chief: Under Biden, US pays 'to not' build the wall

Now if you don't turst what Mr Scott is saying you can read any one of the following:
Biden Spending $3 Million Per Day to Not Build Border Wall
Biden administration spent $2 billion 'not to build' border wall, Republicans say
    https://www.lankford.senate.gov/new...-border-wall-debacle-demands-answers-from-top

Now for you CNN believers here is what they are reporting (obtained by googling "contractors paid to not build border wall"
Border wall construction: What happened when it froze - CNN

If you substitute either ABC, CBS, or NBC for CNN you get nothing close to what Mr. Scott is saying.

    Leftover stuff: eBay

Contractors sitting on their asses: fire them if possible. But maybe we have contracts to honor? Then pay them.

    Problem solved.

How about letting them do the job they were contracted to do....it's paid for.

Well, when you sign a contract with a builder, and then you change your mind, you are probably going to incur some costs, because the contractor will incur some costs because of this change. And it's going to be cheaper (not to mention more ethical) to pay those costs even though the contractor is no longer building your wall, then it is to just break the contract and be sued by the contractor for breaching the contract.

But you don't care about any of these details. You just want to slander Biden.

What is your logical reason for this?
Point: At the present time Boder Patrol is over extended handling the crises at certain high volume areas of the border and unable to deal with the massive influx of drugs and those that are illegaly crossing the border. A fence/wall with surveillance equipment would enable them to do their job.

Smart/electronic surveillance, sure. I don't want wide-open borders. But the notion of building a wall across the border is wrong, I think, on many levels. My primary concern is the one rarely mentioned by the media, and that is the ecological impact.

What law is not being enforced? The government decided to cancel a project, incurring the cost of doing so. It happens. It's not against the law.

What ecological impact are you speaking about and do you have facts to support your claims?

Build an inferior product that is easy to breach and is almost totally ineffective because there was no cancellation clause in the contract?

We have one in the UK built by the Romans, that's quite nice actually and the one in China is nice.
The one in Berlin was horrible and unless they've been hiding the 'good' photos of your border wall, what I've seen is awful.

    Nope.
Because we want open borders for illegal aliens.
Notice how Biden decries rounding them up when
    they try to enter?
Border crossings are there to restrict citizens only
    from traveling.
