I know I shouldn't be pointing out the Scripture verses that make God look bad, but I feel sorry for the innocent people, sometimes children, women, and babies victimized in the verses .I would suggest that they are probably inseparable.
The Holy Spirit. So who can be trusted for a correction interpretation of scripture?
...
He later commanded the making of graven images, saved lives and healed with a brazen serpent, and ordered Israelites to murder babies, children, and pregnant women, and permitted taking traumatized virgins as sex slaves!...
Yes, and I believe that there's much of a reflection of secular culture within the scriptures, thus I do not believe in biblical inerrancy.I know I shouldn't be pointing out the Scripture verses that make God look bad, but I feel sorry for the innocent people, sometimes children, women, and babies victimized in the verses .
Why do you think the brazen serpent was an graven image? I don’t think it was.
I don’t think God ordered murder, which means unlawful killing. I think, if God ordered someone to be killed, it is death penalty, which is not unlawful in the Bible.
Bible doesn’t even have the word sex slave, that comes purely from readers own mind.
