I hope you are enjoying your time here with us at the forum today.

It's a huge topic - best mindfulness books - there are ANY number of them out there these days!

Feel free to add your own recommendations from such teachers as Thich Nhat Hanh & the Dalia Lama and many others dating back centuries - even before we had the marvels of the internet to amuse & inform us!

What appeals to me may not appeal to others. Anyway, if you was interested in mindfulness here are a few suggestions -
