I'm not an authority on the subject and am not going to pretend otherwise.
Ask an authority, you aren't the first person with these questions.

My simple answer is that biology and nature are a byproduct of chemistry and physics.
Those two things with their respective classes have brought about, over time, environments which basic life forms can be created and evolve.
