Is the Vatican still the symbol of Carholicism or is it something too corrupt and politically poisoned?

If we think that when Italy lost WW2 , Foreign Freemasonry has had free access to all its economic resources, starting with the IOR, the Vatican Bank.

When Pope Luciani tried to free the Vatican Bank from the Freemasonic control, he was assassinated in 1978, after 33 days of office.

Since the two favorite candidates, Siri and Benelli were surely determined to continue Luciani's work, the Roman Curia decided to choose the Primate of Poland, Wojtiwa, as future Pope. Who would have left the IOR alone.

The IOR, whose president, Marcinkus was a shady character, used to launder Mafia Money...particularly thar of the biggest criminal organizations of Rome and Southern Italy.

This mafia money was used by Wojtiwa to finance Solidarnosc and to destroy Communism in Poland, and later in Russia.

Meanwhile , Pope Ratzinger tried to fight the Roman Curia with the help of Foreign Cardinals, but Jesuits and Freemasons, infiltrated in the Vatican blackmailed him and forced him to resign in 2013.

Forced to resign!? I had not heard that before.

Ματαιοδοξία ματαιοδοξιών! Όλα είναι ματαιοδοξία.

Interesting!

"Cardinal Godfried Danneels confesses before dying: "11 cardinals worked in the shadows to force Pope Benedict XVI to resign". Eleven excommunicated cardinals (Bergoglio is one of them): there was no succession. Cardinal Godfried Danneels, before dying, confesses that he and other cardinals have planned to have Pope Benedict XVI forced to resign, leaving his place to Bergoglio. According to canon law, this group, which he calls a "mafia", is excommunicated by the latae sententiae.

In the last week of September 2015, Cardinal Daneels presented his biography in Brussels, and acknowledged the existence of a group of Cardinals who worked together to control the succession of John Paul II and prevent Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, who he was then Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, to ascend to the Chair of Peter. In the presentation, Danneels revealed that he was part of a "mafia" (with cardinals Kasper, Silvestrini, Van Luyn, Martini, Murphy O'Connor, Lehman, da Cruz, Husar and Hume) and that they worked in the shadows for to force Pope Benedict XVI to resign and to enable Jorge Mario Bergoglio to become Pope."

Thank you Google Translate :)

Blackmailed Pope Benedict??? Good Lord! What did he do that gave his enemies the ability to make a persuasive argument for resigning?

Aren't you liable to be charged with Blasphemy in your country for saying such things?

I remember reading these stories about 30(??) years ago. Little substantiation has followed since, you do like conspiracy theories.
I assume Frau Merkel and Soros are involved somewhere

Sounds like the plot of a Dan Brown novel...

Many Catholic priests and bishops consider Benedict their Pope. And not Francis.
Let's give a look at the pictures of them as young men.

Benedict XVI
Shy, cute good-looking guy

Francis I
Cocky, Impudent look.

Conspiracy theories rule OK.

Read about this many time, wasn't there an assassination in London too.
Trouble is, there is little evidence for most of it (That doesn't mean it is not true)
Also Ratzinger was very ill when he 'resigned', he was shaking when he was on the Vatican balcony; so I think it was more likely he went because of his health.

Wojtiła was very ill too but never resigned.
