I want to become an icon of the Occult, like Aleister Crowley but even more of an icon than him. My body and soul are a manifestation of the Occult, I'm a living avatar and the incarnation of Occultism - this is the best way I can explain it in words. But I wanted to ask for advice on how do I become an Occult Icon?
The only way I could think of is making lots of books with real occult and spiritual knowledge, also maybe making Occult Music.
1) Join as many esoteric organizations as you can find, preferably ones with .\.'s in their names.
2) Learn all of their knowledge as a good student, then when you get to uber-super-secret level and get the 'secrets' of the order, print them in a new book. Start calling yourself by some fancy name, "TO MEGA THERION" and "The Beast" are taken. You need something cool... Don't use that funny "Doktor" crap either...
3) Have a legal defense fund, because you're gonna need it! As soon as you steal these secrets and print them you will be sued, so think proactively. You must be able to demonstrate that, 'you started using it first', yadda.
4) Turn around and sue the order whose secrets you have, and claim you are the original guru - others will have to cease and desist. Tie in with #3 for maximum damage.
Rinse and repeat, and there you go. Now for advanced levels:
5) Stay away from kinky sex things. Crowley didn't, was always on the run.
6) Drugs. No drugs. Really. No drugs!
7) Don't spend your money on escorts, rentboys, or transvestites.
8) Invest your inheritance/wealth, do not spend it on posh living and your other vices (5-7)
1-4 are seriously how Crowley became famous, 5-8 are how he got screwed and messed up his life.
