The thought just occurred to me. Take a guess who the Secret Service might be thinking are the most likely threats now. My guess is -- and it's only a guess -- Republican lawmakers. As far I know, they'll be there, in the audience, just like they are every inauguration. If they actually are thought to be the major threat, it's almost humorous.

A mountain lion ate someone's dog on the edge of
Manitou a few weeks ago. You ain't gonna believe

That's quite a story. Only, I've never heard anyone
say possums were notable for preying on rats. I
wonder where they heard that? Or maybe they are,
and I've just never heard it.

I saw a wolf on a leash near the center of this city once.
It was heart wrenching in a way I would have never
expected it to be.

And actually mysterious. He was on a thirty or so foot
leash, and he came around the corner well before the
couple holding the other end did. I took one glance and
knew he was wild. I haven't much experience at all with
wolves, but if they're all like him, you can't miss it.

What got me -- it really affected me Audie -- was he looked/behaved
like the most lost thing I've ever seen, human, wolf, or anything.

As another thread claims the disinformaiton with Trump off of Twitter and Facebook, Parler shut down, and Twitter clamping down on violators of their TSO's it appears that much of the communication of the extreme radicals has been disrupted. Even if they wanted to repeat January 7th it does not look as if they could pull it off. One thing that has not been commented on very much here is that there was an organized effort on January 7th. People came prepared with tools to break into the Capitol, handcuffs, and other materials that a person going to a demonstration would not need or use.
