Do you 'know' or believe?
The major limitation of this thread is that it purports to contain a mathematical model for population control.... and doesnt.

There are a host of other problems such as the assumption that a non mandatory system of reproductive limitations will be accepted world wide, it ignores infant mortality rates in particular with relation to developing countries, ignores the demonstration of some of the limitations of a one child system in terms of the Chinese adoption of such a system (specifically with regards to gender of offspring, where societies are inclined towards a certain gender resulting in a disproportionate number of one gender usually male) and more. Then there are assertions such as a sustainable population of 1 billion people, which is simply not supported in the evidence provided.
