I didn't know it was that high, but I will never forget. I once tried to make Fettuccine Alfredo using grated cheese, even though I knew better. Clump city.
I prefer real grated Parmesan cheese in some cases.
But in others, I really like the grainy stuff in a shaker can.
It has a nice texture & taste too....& the roughage keeps me regular.

some bread maker tried this several decades ago
400% more FIBER.....was on the label

it was a craze.....more fiber.....more fiber

it got taken off the shelf
