On the History Channel someone sid that at least least some Eastern Orthodox churches believe that all souls, even Satan, will one day reach Heaven. Is this true?

That's called apocatastasis. It's considered heresy, though I don't know why.
It's true that there's a theologoumena that says souls will have to pass through 'tollhouses' to reach Heaven where they have to face trials to proceed to the next level.

Father Seraphim Rose wrote a book called Eternal Mysteries Beyond the Grave that give a very conservative, traditional Orthodox view on the subject. It's worth looking at.
