If you were to lose your body and mind to death today, are you satisfied to surrender these “tools?”

If not, and if you don’t mind sharing, what is left to do?

I'm satisfied to surrender, but not satisfied with my accomplishments: I feel I have more to do.

So while I'm not done yet, I probably wouldn't be the type that, if I entered the spirit world unexpectedly, I would be so stuck that I'd stay around and haunt, rather than just accept everything and go to the light.

    Great thread.

My unsatisfying answer to the 2nd question is "I don't know". That conditions my first question response which is 'no'.

Maybe a (to me) more satisfying answer is that I'm enjoying life so much I'm not ready to drop my physical body.

The older I get, the less I feel I need the tools for a long-term basis.
I do value my body as a means of expression-keeps me focused.
I do depend on my mind-I value clarity and understanding,
I hope if they do go, I would no longer exist to experience the loss.

    No!
I need to find a home for much machinery.
But Mrs Revolt has contact for Auman Auctions,
    who specialize in such stuff.

Other than that, I've had a good run.
    Additional goals are all optional.

I would not be satisfied. I've had a good life, but I desire two or three hundred more years with my love of several lifetimes:)

Honestly I wouldn't care one bit.

I mean being dead and all. It's not like I'm a stranger to that.

Nope. I've got three kids, the oldest 12 and the youngest 7 months.
Feel like I have a lot of unfinished work there.

You mean, it I died today, would I be satisfied with my life?

Yes. I've had a good run of it. I wouldn't mind going longer, but I can't complain.

I have no idea what you mean by 'tools'. As I see it, my mind and body are me. When I die, I no longer exist, so I won't be doing anything.

Sure, did a fair job as a parent and a grandparent. That's where my satisfaction lies.
I happy to allow the next generations to go forth into the future. I did my part.

I should not die before my father does. That would be cruel. I also have some other responsibilities I must look after.

There are also activities I'd like to experience and complete. I have never ridden long distance on a train. I haven't configured an electric motor or built a shop machine with one. I have not been to Europe or South America. I have not yet made lamb with mint sauce or very good pizza dough. There are many experiences I'm interested in.

I haven't mastered Calculus, yet. Its a beautiful thing to learn. Its not difficult, but repetition is required to get very good at it. I think this subject elevates a person in the ability to see the world. It makes things more spicy.

I’m satisfied because my relationship with God is sound. Life is filled with blessings and I’m grateful. I think living in gratitude even if circumstances aren’t what we’d like, is important to the quality of life we have. I wasn’t always grateful...

    No, not ready yet.

I have to leave some kind of effect/legacy to the world that benefits them. I haven't done enough for humanity.

I don't know about the word satisfied, but I would accept it if it was my fate because I'd have no choice.

No, I would not like to die today because there are more things I would like to do before I die and cross over to the spiritual world.
I also would not like to leave my husband and my cats behind because they depend upon me.

What is left for me to do? The most important things are learning to love God, improving my character, growing spiritually, sharing my belief about God and my religion, and teaching my religion to anyone who is interested.

I would also like to travel and see more of this country and world before I die, but that is probably a pipe dream, not because I don't have the money but owing to my life circumstances. Those could change but I am not banking on it. :(
