It seems the Archbishop suffers from prostate cancer and wants to choose himself the when and how of his exit from this world.

His choice IMO. I have no problem with someone choosing not to suffer a prolonged painful death. That decision should be made by the individual.

Fair play, I think as long as it's not corrupted euthanasia should be legal. (By that I mean, 'overprescribing' by doctors of the elderly)

Archbishop Desmond Tutu has long stood up for equality and fairness, and is a real Christian leader in my view.
