AP statement on Israeli attack on building housing AP office

The AP has had plenty of indications that Hamas used the building. Hamas thugs have entered the AP offices and launched rockets next to the building while AP reporters watched. Even a former AP spokesman admitted this.

Then you should have no trouble providing credible support for that claim. I ask only because when it comes to 'credible,' you've pretty much excluded yourself from that category thus far.

In that case, what does international law say about:

- Israel waging war against another state without a formal declaration of war, or

- the rights of statehood (e.g. the right to territorial sovereignty) of the Palestinian state?

I am not sure. Is one even needed by the country that is being attacked?
