Where I live, I don't believe doctors are duty-bound, given their expertise and demand. They might have a duty to quarantine the poor, but not to heal the poor. If doctors had to heal every poor person, then they'd likely quit hospitals and pursue private practices.
Regardless, my avoiding sex helps me avoid all of that. I wouldn't want to waste my life or time being treated for a terminal disease, some of which have no cure. I have better things to do.

Also you’re not quarantined for having an STD lol. Not even for HIV/AIDS, these days. Though there are more strict health and safety practices for HIV/AIDS patients, I suppose.
Only very highly contagious diseases get the quarantine treatment. Like Ebola or like SARS or Bird Flu or something like that.
Though maybe in the “third world” countries this might differ. I dunno.

I did some searches of "I hate sex" on google and Bing, and barely got any results. I did a past week search of "I hate sex" with site:twitter.com on Bing and got like no results.
Internet censorship is obvious and funny.
Of course on a planet of 6 billion people, including sex trafficked and rape victims, absolutely nobody would tweet that they hate sex. Of course, everyone in the world doesn't seem to hate sex.

A lady's private part is especially susceptible to germs, bacteria, infection, and disease since it's more wet and open than men's private parts are. A man is directly putting his germs and bacteria within the woman, sometimes without her consent or knowledge. Condoms break. Condoms do not provide adequate protection from skin or saliva infections. Some rapists rape because of sexually transmitted disease that women wouldn't consent to.
Mankind knows little about diseases like cancer and rabies. Some sexually transmitted diseases are undetected or undiscovered. Other diseases are constantly evolving and adapting to antibiotics. Some people believe that the weight of a woman lies in her sexuality. Women have been shot and killed with guns for avoiding sexual advances.
A local man can be legally penalized for expressing his sexuality if a majority of people do not accept such expression or sexuality. It can be illegal to engage in sex with someone. It is illegal to have sex with a relative under consent. It can be illegal to be naked outside. It can be illegal to masturbate outside. It is illegal to pay for sex. A man can be penalized more, depending on his age and the female's age.
It can be illegal to possess pornography. It's illegal to strangle a woman, even under her consent. Some sexual activities, including those associated with prostitution, are punishable under federal law.
Sex can lead to unplanned pregnancies. Nobody really knows what will come out of the womb. Sex is a human experiment. Mothers have died during labor or childbirth. Babies have been delivered dead or disabled. Babies can be born with sexually transmitted diseases from their mothers.

Some businesses and individuals present men with unsolicited prosexual content or unsolicited illegal sexual content, aiming to exploit those men. Some organizations use sex and sexuality to gather money from men. I'm surprised you didn't find results for 'I hate sex.'
I've spoken to a few people on LGBT and especially asexual sites that have used that kind of language. I've probably used it myself in the past.
Also, when I type 'I hate sex' into Google I get page after page of hits. So I don't see any obvious censorship at all.
