I live my life from day to day
Sometimes I don't know what to say
Most of my family seem quite okay
I love to find new games to play
I love to sing a happy song
Sometimes it lasts all-day-long
I sing whenever things go wrong
I chant when I hear the sound of a gong
I am a member of the human race
My mouth and nose are on my face
I move around from place to place
There are many truths I can embrace
Kindness remains my one true aim
I do not seek glory or fame
To be obnoxious is quite a shame
Modern life can seem quite tame
There is blood in every artery and vein
Delivering oxygen to my brain
I love to travel on a train
Many puzzling questions still remain
I try my darndest to be good
I feel a bit like Robin Hood
My bones are much harder than wood
I rarely mention the word should
There is a lot that I don't know
I marvel at how the sun does glow
This world is full of joy and woe
I think everyone deserves a fair go
I listen to the voices in my head
Where will they go when I am dead?
There are many books I have not read
I think it might be time for bed
I love to walk with sunny skies
It is not cool to criticise
I always love to get a surprise
I make sure I have enough supplies
Without meditation I'd be one big mess
This is something I must confess
I stroll around in casual dress
There are many buttons I will not press
Sometimes I wonder whether I am mad
But it's really not all that bad
I feel compassion for al who are sad
I guess I have nothing more to add
I love to follow the golden rule
This does not make me anyone's fool
I wish it could become really cool
Maybe we could teach it in every school
