Considering scientific evidence states that the universe is expanding infinitely (or to infinity) and considering there are perhaps billions of planets, God being the ruler of the universe why of all the planets that exist and the possible life forms that are more ancient than human beings why is God’s “only son” a human?

All things considered if we took a more logical approach at what is more likely than not, why would God choose a human and not some other life form like an amoeba? What is so important about being a human among all the possible creatures in the universe why choose a human being?

I'm confused as to why G-d would need to have a son in any form.

The only reason Jesus existed was that it was a way for God to go to hell. Once he went to hell, and rose up, and went to heaven, he essentially 'cleared a new path' that did not exist before.

    Nobody went to heaven prior...

Because we needed a super-human to break the chains that bound us to hades. God didn't need a son. We needed him to have a son. That was human.

None of this is right. Why did we 'need' a son? Since when were we bound to a Greek underworld?

I agree that's a problem w/Christianity. However, Islam is also a human-centric religion, and does not take into account the vastness of the universe and our insignificance. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you're a Muslim, right?

And I'm confused by why a god would want to relate to humans at all.

Oh this was addressed years and years ago by C S Lewis in the Narnia stories!

Why should God not have sent a messenger, teacher and exemplar in appropriate form to each intelligent* lifeform? In Narnia, it was as a lion of course.

*i.e. once they have done the equivalent of eating the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, in other words, achieved moral awareness.

Within the Quran it gives a clear enough understanding; if Allah sent Angels to mankind, we would get confused, so he sends us humans, so we understand.
Yeshua said those who do the work of the father are his brothers, and sisters...

It is only the made up Gospel of John that deems him begotten, which the Quran challenged rightly that how can God who owns reality, beget anything.

    In my opinion.

    In line with the narratives,
I wouldn't consider Jesus as human.

I would see him as a demigod.

Most people don't know this, you might, but -the reason Jesus is seen holding up two fingers in artwork is symbolism that means "two natures"... IOW, it means Jesus is both fully God, and fully human.

After the fall of Adam and Eve, all souls went to hades. There was no salvation.

...According to the bible, Jesus died on the cross so that he too could go to hades, but not to stay there, but to free the souls who were there, so that they could go to heaven. This is why Jesus is. It was his purpose. He opened the gates of heaven to mankind, and without him, we would all be doomed to hell for eternity.

Salvation, in your words, lies in repentance. The people of Nineveh didn't need Jesus and neither do I.
