I gave the woman I begged to marry me years ago a letter from the heart yesterday, and she returned the letter the next day (today) and told me to show it to my psychotherapist and get help. She stabs my heart with daggers and she feels unsafe around me. When she turned me down years ago I jumped off a building breaking multiple bones. She wasn't the only reason for that action and drugs played the largest role. Women rjection can hurt worse than broken bones lol, but it's all good. I'm not a butcher in need of revenge or control lol. Women reject me because it is a survival instinct that the good lord ingrained in them. I sympathize and understand that.

What would you think if you received a letter like that? Too spooky?

    Just being real!

I'll be watching the video in a little bit, but without watching the video, I can say...

Never send a love letter to a woman you aren't in a relationship with. It is creepy lol. Even in cases where you are in a relationship, a simple ''I love you" is still better.

Yes, it is creepy. This is not how you woo a lady. You get to know her, spend time doing fun activities. Talk to her, make her feel safe etc.
If she is mutually interested in seeking a relationship, then you guys go to the next level.
Asking people to randomly marry you or claiming a spiritual bond is kind of stalkerish.
I know you mean well and this is not your fault. But there are certain societal expectations with regards to relationships. No one is owed a spouse, no one is obliged to date someone just because someone else feels intensely linked to them.
It is a mutual agreement that can be revoked at any time.
This is the cruel world known as “dating.”
I’m not trying to be mean to you or admonish you, I’m just being realistic.

Do not give up hope. There will be someone out there for you. But don’t expect that others will necessarily react the way you want. Accept rejection with grace and grow. That’s how we all learn as humans.
Just take things slowly with people. There’s no rush.

It was a love letter more like the love between Mother Teresa and a leper in the slums of Calcutta. It really wasn't the type of love letter you are thinking (I don't think). More brother sister kinda love methinks.

I'm fine with rejection and offer it up for those who suffer similar afflictions. My skin is thick, I just prefer punches to the face over rejection. Yes, I spoke from the heart. Just being honest. And we were going on walks, playing games, and doing fun activities for over a year now. My recent political madness and drug abuse destroyed our relationship. I do not put her at fault for anything. I was being narcissistic because I find no one more interesting than myself and insisted that she be indoctrinated by my political and other views. I also was mad and throwing myself in front of cars and even jumping on multiple cars shouting "Vote for trump". I just got out of the psyche ward for this two days ago.

    I destroyed our friendship!

But I would prefer people tell me what is in their hearts, even if it is creepy. Transparency and honesty is the best policy. I prefer people who blurt out what they feel passionately about, even if they express desires to fondle my junk and decapitate me the first day we meet lol :D. So, I'm just doing unto others as I'd have them do unto me! ;)

I watched the video. Unfortunately, it was creepy.

My point still stands not to send overly informal letters unless there is an active bond.

It's the 21st century and affection letters only work in movies and people's dreams.

I know. But polite society makes us hold our tongues. It is considered rude and weird to express your deep feelings with people.
Your letter still has creepy stalker vibes. Instead of writing a lyrical love letter, perhaps a proper heart to heat is in order. Tell her how you feel, but like an adult. And do not word it in a way that makes it sound like you are needy or are trying to demean her feelings. Which your letter did inadvertently do. Not your fault, just choose your words. Listen to her properly and perhaps you can regain a friend. Perhaps not. But at least you can say that you approached the situation like a reasonable, rational adult.

I prefer people be creepy with me rather than superficial. If they have strong feelings, may they be vomited out upon me loudly and clearly. What bugs me is when it seems like someone is hiding something.

That is one thing I like about Trump. He blurts out his errors in judgement and spits forth his venom and inappropriate emotions upon the media and whoever. His remarks repeatedly receive more mockery than any other person I can think of. That is a very rare quality for a politician, for they are often very superficial (fake) therefore deceptive and seeking no criticism from the media (or comedians.)

I did unto her as I'd prefer anyone do to me. Be real!

Okay, but being a rational adult isn't something I claim to be. I'm a street rat beggar who only has a pot to **** in and roof over my head because of Catholic Charities. Yes, I'll try to be a rational adult, but for me that is like trying to be an astronaut. It will essentially require a miracle!

You underestimate yourself. You can do this. I know you can. Just remember to be calm, breathe and do not react instantly. Because that tends to exacerbate the emotional response instead of a rational one.

Okay, fine, I've internet stalked one person before. Other than that, I'm not a stalker nor do I desire to indulge in that worthless embarrassing behavior again. On second thought, Yes, I'm a stalker, if feeling mystical unity with another individual (who does not feel the same bond) and expressing it, is stalking. Guilty as charged! LOL[IMG]

It is hard since the rest of the world I feel operates more like an episode of Full House than myself who is a Slipknot-loving music freak born in the 80's who spent his time watching cartoons from years gone by. I just had to learn how others wanted to be treated, and it wasn't always the same as how I wanted to be treated.

I remember that game I believe. It was quite good but the developers I don't think kept up on patching it.

    I also played Half-Life 2 and FEAR. I know quite a bit about F.E.A.R.

Yes, first things first. I'd like to be an adult and save the world but that all starts with tidying up my room. I hate it when people enter cuz I got far-right Dictators and Trump taped to my walls (in a black neighborhood and anti-trump liberal city). My room is also disaster regarding cleanliness and my version of making the bed is covering up a pile of clothes and sheets with a blanket LOL! I also have no dish soap for over a year.

But anyway, my fanatic views do not prevent me from having friendship and enjoyable company and conversation with people who share the opposite views. When I meet a hardcore liberal, I just remember that I'm a perv, selfish, sinister, narcissistic weirdo, so pardon them for their faults and weaknesses, lest I be a hypocrite. We can drink together and lament the world for many of the same reasons, despite one of us being Fascist and the other communist. Those soldiers who were killing eachother would have often got along just fine if you put them in the same bar together and ordered them a few drinks. I knew a guy from the Korean war who said sometimes north Korean soldiers and south Korean soldiers were in the same bar getting along. I long for that unity among all faiths and political convictions. Not sure what that has to do with this thread, but had to speak what is in the heart regardless.

I'll let you in on a little secret. My room is awful. I try to tidy it, but I am so lazy it ends up a mess. Mostly because I have too much crap to fit in my room anyway (at least half of my drawers are filled with DVDs, leaving me limited room for my clothes.) Then all the stupid overpirced nerd merch clogging up my book shelves and dresser with their obnoxious immaturity. But it's cozy and my own, so can't complain.

Having friends with opposing views is healthy. It helps us be well rounded and all that crap.
My father's friends are all truckies, kind of drunk, kind of traditional. Tad overprotective. Often clashing with my more liberal new age tendencies. But as far as I'm concerned, they're family.

The marble sized blood clots was a bit over the top but you do have a beard. Bearded men are never creepy.
