Matthew 9:17 reads:

17 Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.

If we look at this with the understanding we have today, we will completely miss the message. Not that we should also look at it in that day, or the same is true; we will completely miss the message.

For the Word of GOD is timeless; it cannot be phased out over time. Rather, anything that was written or said by any preacher that did no stand the test of time, is proven to NOT be the Word of GOD. For HE said:

Matthew 24:35
Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. 35Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

Therefore, It is not that we should look at it as it was back then to understand it, or look at it how things are now to understand it. It means its meaning is beyond time, and the changes that come with time.

A lot of people that call themselves christians, believers of Jesus (His Pre-Eminence), have not actually understood the messages that HE preached. Many do not really look into what HE said as they are difficult to understand. And admitting that difficulty is being honest, and not faking, or trying to appear Spiritual. Then there are the people that continually try to link them to sauls epistles in an attempt to prove they said the same thing without the knowledge of what HE said.

So let us look at this parable.

At a certain wedding in Galilee, Jesus of Nazareth His Pre-Eminence did a certain miracle, where HE changed water to wine. This is the kind of miracle that is seemingly not the kind that is healing the people, or benefitting them in a great way. Many non-believers use this story to mock. So its not like giving a man sight, or making a Man whole, its giving a people that were drunken more wine. Some might even say it was irresponsible to give drunk people more wine to be drunken with.

But there was a message preached in this event,
a message of what the wine is, who can take the wine and drink, the quality of the Wine, who is the maker of the wine, and who was it that was getting married? Why was it the Blessed Virgin mary that the people came to asking for more wine? And then the Blessed Virgin Mary came to Jesus His Pre-Eminence.

Going by what we know in the earth, the parents of the people being married, are the people that also supply the food and drink for their guests. So what was this wedding pointing to?

This wedding, and the parable spoken here are linked.

For the people had been drinking the wine that was first given. And it was not until that wine had finished that the wine Jesus His Pre-Eminence changed from water came, and it was proclaimed to be better than the frst. But there were people there drunken of the old wine, and had no room for the new.

8 And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it.

9 When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,

10 And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.

So what is the parable of the wine and wine caskets pointing to?

The people that were drunk with the old wine, could not drink the new. They were filled with the old wine.
The Governor of the feast drank the new wine and proclaimed it better.

Now lets look at the Parable.

I Will start of by saying, that the Parable has in it the very core message that Jesus His Pre-Eminence preached, which is everlasting life.

The first wine that came, is the messages that they had been drinking. The Wine skins, or caskets, is the physical body of the person. The people that were drunken of the old wine, were a people under the influence of it; they were intoxicated by those messages that the people could not find room for the new to enter.

While the new wine, is the Gospel of Everlasting life. And the New Wine skins is the kind of body that can contain that new wine. That is to say, that as they are drinking the new wine, the body also goes through birthing stages until it is born again.

So what is the significance of this?

Well, the people that drank the old wine and had no room for the new, did not receive the messages of Jesus His Pre-Eminence. They were already drunken with the messages of another. So their body remained mortal because only old wine is for old wine skins.

While the people that received HIS messages, also put of that old wine skin, and put on the new wine skin so that the new wine could be contained.

So how do we explain how the new wine can crack the old wineskins? Because the new wine as its being drunken, is the kind that also takes the body through 4 transcends of metamorphosis. If the person doesn't reach Jericho, the person must die as shown in the life of Moses. So what happens to the new wine that was in that body? And all that the body contained comes out.

THIS IS WHERE JESUS HIS PRE-EMINENCE PREACHED ABOUT THE BORN AGAIN BODY, WHAT IT TRULY MEANS TO BE BORN AGAIN. AND THE NEW WINE WHICH IS GREATER THAN THE FIRST.

Are you intoxcated by the old wine?? Do you have room for the new?

This was also revealing that the people that drank the new wine were not intoxicated by the old. So they had room for the new.

So let us discuss these points:

1. Who was getting married?
2. What is the old messages here?
3. What are the new messages?
4. How does this affect your belief of "being born again"?
