all forms are completely fake & illusory, all is Substance, the Real Substance…
the Ancients called it Brahman. what is Substance?
Substance is energy…
Consciousness is inherent in all energy like wettness in water,
or the burning heat in flames…
by abiding in substance we are immortal
by abideing in form, we fall time & time again into the jaws of death…
because all waves(FORMS) in the ocean eventually fall back into the ocean(SUBSTANCE)...
so realizeing your own nature as eternal abide in it always, & forgo the myriad of forms…
dont worry they will always be there if you want to go back because it is YOU who made all this who willed this universe into existence, you are the creator & maintainer of your own destiny…
consciousness being inherent in all energy,the self is in all things.
only when nature evolves & developes thinking minds does the individual appear because by relying on memory the brain assumes the self is identical with the mind & falls into ignorance…
but just like how there is only one full moon in the sky…
yet it is reflected in all the millions of bodies of water on this planet…
so to does the self which is one & whole, appears to be reflected in the millions of body-mind organisms in the universe…
