Hi everyone my name's Sean, and I identify as an atheistic satanist. I can't wait to debate/talk about religion here. I know there's a lot of questions/misconceptions about satanism. So if you have any questions, feel free to ask

Hi! Is it true that Satan is only used as a figure head? it sounds interesting!
Also are there different denominations in satanism?

I find the term atheistic Satanist an interesting combination. Can you start with this combination and what you mean by it?

I’m not completely sure so don’t quote me but I believe most of them don’t actually believe in/worship Satan and that they simply use him as a figure head. (Correct me if I’m wrong please. Thanks!

Yeah! So if by figure head, you mean symbolically then yes. We do not believe/worship in a literal satan. The denomination question is a interesting one though. It's not like christian denominations where catholics, methodists, lutherans etc. All basically believe the same thing with slight variation.
The satanic temple is to islam as LeVeyan satanism is to christianity.
Islam is kinda based on christianity but radically different at it's core. TST has its roots in LeVeyan satanism but is completely different now.
