One of Mussolini's last words on the last day of his life was that his Spirit would return to a nation in need of a leader.

As a very religious man and the greatest promoter and defender of religion in the 20th century, Mussolini was obsessed with life after death, and dreamed of becoming more powerful after death.

In Rachel Mussolini's book he held seances and summoned ghosts and she even refers to him as superstitious , believing in the "evil eye".

Well, now that I seem to be the only one on Earth who knows this stuff, I must share regardless of consequence. Read Rachel Mussolini's book if you wish to have verification of what I say.

Mussolini's favorite visitor was Gandhi and favorite Saint was Saint Francis of Assisi and Mussolini was responsible for Saint Francis of Assisi becoming the patron saint of Italy. In honor of Saint Francis of Assisi detachment from luxury, Mussolini gave away all the money he made as prime minister as Charity and survived off the money he made from the newspaper he was selling prior to his rise to power. That would be like a president who didn't use any of the money we paid him as president of the United States but gave it all to charities.

During the war, Mussolini worked first hand with his wife to care for the sick and needy and feed the hungry. He refused to ever let his wife have fur coats or jewelry and when people raided his house after his death, they did not believe Rachel was really his wife, because they were expecting someone other than a peasant woman with eggs in her apron.

In her book, Rachel describes Mussolini as a peasant.

So, this all causes me to ask Il Duce, why on Earth would a nice guy like you choose somebody mean like Donald Trump to lead a nation?

The voice inside me responded, "because I couldn't find anybody worse. He is my black sheep dog. When the shepherd is gone and a flock needs to be protected, it is better to not have a nice dog."

    I love you too.

There are actually people at this forum who value what I say and it enhances their stay here in some small way.

I say things not to make anyone feel bad and kindly ask all people who don't like me to please put me on ignore. Thank you.

interesting that people keep insulting me but nobody actually has anything to say that refutes what I'm actually saying, because I actually know what I'm talking about, and have more proof than just some random internet link.

They have nothing. It's quite fascinating.

What manner of credentials do you require?
For one I'm not a dog whistling thread shamer, also I feel that the Internet is a marketplace of ideas and that users should feel free to share without derision. Now you may disagree with the ideas or what is being said and you are free to debate the finer points as Pope has pointed out but self censoring materiel seems more than a little closed minded.
Free your mind and the rest will follow

That question constitutes a fallacy. We should consider the argument on its own.

None of which has anything to do with your questioning of my credentials to give you advice nor does it answer my question of what credentials you require for you to consider my recommendations, it also does not absolve you of your behaviour in this thread so far. I'm hoping to make this a useful and helpful learning experience for you instead of a useless back and forth exchange, bickering over nothing.

I'm glad my presence at RF is valued and a contribution that isn't a waste of time. I vote you become next moderator. They need people like you to be Devil's advocate. :D Me being the Devil of course, because I object to God's cruelty and calls to violence.

You're so pathetically low that you need someone who is mentally ill to compare yourself to in order to feel better about yourself? Surely your sense of self-worth and esteem is higher than that. But, I dont know. You spoke it, so maybe not.

Honestly, it pisses me off that so many here have zero empathy or sympathy towards someone with profound mental illness. You might as well be making fun of a leper for being a leper.

Thanks and I admire your empathy but I wasn't hurt by it. I have thick skin. :)
