10,000 (Time to roast me)

This is my 10,000st post. They say you have to do something 10,000 times (or for 10,000 hours) before you become good at it.
So, now that I'm good at posting, I want to become better. I failed my goal to get a 90% frub rate (by 13 frubals) so that should be my next goal.
Please help me by telling me what I'm doing wrong. Don't hold back with the language, I can take it.

It seems a good way to reap extra frubals is by writing sympathy invoking stuff such as talking about your hardships.
People who talk a lot about their troubles and dilemmas alway seem to get lots of frubals.

Virtue signalling often works too.

That's very insensitive of you. Especially since some RFers, including myself, have difficulty putting coherent sentences together. I often commit logical fallacies and my rationale is shaky at best. And then I'm not sure who to agree with, which causes me to have panic attacks and my cat won't speak to me for days because cats can smell panic and it depresses them. When I see my cat is depressed it makes me think "What's the point of it all?". Even my charity work for displaced transgender mice suffers because of these doubts.
