    Next time I see my psychiatrist (and I haven't seen him since the beginning of the pandemic) I am going to calmly explain why I reject consensus reality

    Telepathy should be protected by the first amendment, as freedom of religion and speech. There is nothing wrong with talking with your mind, but it is easily just as bad to interfere with the mind even in a medical setting. I would just like my mind to be faithful. Good people are willing to be silent, but evil people won’t be respectful. If you here someone believe they are schizophrenic but still talk to you they are crazy.

    Well, I'm not sure what's to be gained by doing that. Going from the info you've provided in the past, I would expect disintrest in the topic. Then the question is, if the Dr. doesn't want to talk about it, how do you respond?

    OK. well, if they want to talk about it, then you have a good reason for calmly explaining it. :) Just watch for cues that would indicate they're finished discussing it. And of course, don't get agitated if they don't share your views.
