US Supreme Court rules state can prohibit ballot canvassing and voting outside precincts
The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled to uphold a challenged Arizona voting law. The law prohibits a voter from using a polling place outside his own precinct. It also prohibits most people from turning in ballots for others. (There is an exception for collecting ballots for those with disabilities.)...
