I don't agree with your conclusion.
Firstly, the English word 'hell', as used in Jonah 2:3, is 'sheol' in Hebrew. This word has a specific usage in the Hebrew scriptures. It refers to the place of the departed, the dead.
If Jonah was alive in the belly of the great fish, then he was able to...
According to Jewish thinking? Which Jewish thinking.
Are you aware of what Jesus said about "Jewish thinking" and that "Jewish thinking" is what got Jesus killed?
I hope you accept Jesus thinking, rather than "Jewish thinking".
The apostles were Jews, but they were instructed by Jesus, to watch...
Are you aware that Jonah's soul was in 'sheol'? According to Jewish thinking, 'sheol' is the place of departed souls.

Why would you expect geography before the flood the exactly match geography after the flood?
"River Gihon could not possibly flow from Mesopotamia and encompass Ethiopia (Gen 2:11) "2:13)
"Thread" is not a proper noun and does not need
to be capitalized in the middle of a sentence.
Take a poll, see if I am OT. Meantime,
I will assume that you find the flood indefensible,
and dont care to expose that.
Had you notice what you given is the heading
( Inaccuracies, scientific issues and more)
Now from there in post #1, you'll find the list of subjects to be debated, which are as follows, but there not one them makes any mentioning of a flood. As you say.
So here's the list.
Then show where a...
Two possibilities:
You are right, God remains unknown, I will die and become nothing, even less than the nothing I now am, a blob of chemicals (why are you at RF, go be meaningless somewhere less spiritual?).
You are wrong, and looking at even random "mistakes" you've cited, you are completely...
There are no historical errors in the bible, it's just your taking things out of their context and trying to imply them to fit your agenda.
As I will show plainly below that there is no contradictions or errors in the bible.
River Gihon could not possibly flow from Mesopotamia and encompass...
This list of course is not yours. It's copy and paste. I have no
idea of your own ideas are about each item.
Some of the terms such as 'shekels', 'Ur of the Chaldeas' etc
were translations of earlier documents.
Saying 'Ur of the Sumerians' for instance, would be problematic
because people...
Well, clearly many of these are just grasping at straws at best and really prove nothing. Others are stretching the truth and are even outright misrepresentations. Others just need some thought applied. It's really just a "take down the Bible" list. I can't take most of these objections seriously.
These are mistakes, only to the literalists ; Those who treat bible as a literal history book. Take for instant, genesis 2:13. It is obviously symbolic. There are hidden meanings in the story of Adam and Eve, and the Eden. There is no Eden on earth geographically.
It is perfectly fine to refer to an account with modern names in order for the hearers to understand the locations better
It is perfectly fine to refer to value of a transaction in an equivalent amount understood by the readers
Depends what 'crossing Nineva' means Traveling through Nineveh...

B. The name Babel does not come from the Hebrew word 'balbal' or 'confuse' but from the babylonian 'babili' or 'gate of God' which is a translation of the original Sumerian name Ka-dimirra. (Gen 11:9)
C. Ur...
Good thing their far enough apart to not fall into a larger planets gravity well. You know, like comets and asteroids do, and like other planets do. Or things that get too close to a star or black hole.

Simple: If a young lady 'regretted' getting pregnant at age 15 but chose not to have an abortion, I do not think that that is sufficient to say that she did not regret getting pregnant so young. Likewise, if Jehovah regretted making man but still allow man to prolong/survive, it is not...
if he thought creating humans was a mistake, why did he let Noah and his family survive and why did he subsequently allow them to reproduce more humans?
Obviously he did not change his mind with regard to filling the earth with mankind. So that should tell us that the 'regret' meant...
Jonah 3: 3-10
3 Jonah obeyed the word of the LORD and went to Nineveh. Now Nineveh was a very important citya visit required three days. 4 On the first day, Jonah started into the city. He proclaimed: "Forty more days and Nineveh will be overturned." 5 The Ninevites believed God. They declared...
