To those who believe in the Bible: What is the Messiah? God or a created being? And why?
And you, Bethlehem Ephratah, too small to be among the thousands of Judah, out of you will come forth to me, who shall be ruler over Israel; and his origins are from the prehistoric times, from the days of...
Not really.
After God created Adam, he said, "It is not good that man is alone; I will make him a help that is equal to him."
A help that equals him, so this does not mean the animals, but Eve, this is clearly confirmed in Genesis 2:20. After this passage it is then written that God had created...
So you believe that man who is created in the image of God is a further development of a ape in other words an animal?
For God nothing is impossible and the Bible does not contradict itself.
I believe what the Bible says.
It is not the book of your people, it is the book of every man who serves God.
These people also show you "evidence" that man is a hominid, do you believe that too?
No one can say for certain today that he is a Jew in the flesh. So who do you mean by Jews?
Furthermore, the Torah does not belong to any man, it belongs to God, because not a single man wrote the Bible, but it was God through men.
And if you think Jews are special or better then you are wrong...
Doesn't always have to be.
I do not think so.
I am not throwing the Noahide Laws out, the laws are good, and all the laws are there in the Bible, but I say that there are many more (important) laws that concern non-Jews.
@Vee
I think God is worse and more fearful than death.
And in those days men will seek death and will not find it and will desire to die, and death flees from them.
(revelation 9:6)
Fear God and give glory to him, for the hour of his judgment has come.
(revelation 14:7)
It is written that you shall not take your wife's sister to make her jealous. So the Bible doesn't really say it's forbidden.
That was not consensual sex. One could say that Lot was "raped" by his daughters.(Genesis 19:31-36)
But of course, there were moments when the law was "broken" by...
The only thing that is Jewish about the Mosaic Laws are the ceremonial laws, all other laws were already in force at Adam's time.
Your faith comes from the Talmud and therefore has not really to do with the Bible.
But well, believe what you want.
You think only the Noahide Laws are valid for non-Jews, so you are saying that the blood prohibition and all other laws not included in the Noahide Laws are not valid for non-Jews?
You can call them rabbis, but for me they're not.
That all these laws existed long before Israel is confirmed in this Bible passage:
Genesis 26:5
Because Abraham obeyed my voice and observed my regulations, my commandments, my statutes and my laws.
Which regulations, commandments, statutes...
I believe that the Bible does not contradict itself, and when we read that light was created before the sun, then the only logical explanation is that sunlight is not daylight.
Don't listen to these people who say you can eat blood as a non-Jew.
This law and the moral laws and the civil laws, and the laws of nature are valid for all and must be obeyed to avoid God's judgment.
The only laws in the Old Testament that can be seen as "Hebrew or Jewish" are the ceremonial...
We need oxygen to live but we also need oxygen to produce sound. And this is interesting.
Isn't it possible that the oxygen that surrounds us all is God's spirit in other words the Holy Spirit?
In the bible it is written that God created the world through the Word, so he created through Sound...
