What causes people to choose what they choose?

Going with this hypothetical, then obviously God is/was what set them in stone. To say that the one who created the past, present and future is not the one who is responsible for doing so, is illogical. Regarding to what's being discussed, I've asked this question to those who holds the same...

    The Alleged Troubles With Atheism

How come the Big Bang is viewed in the same way? Could it be that it was proposed by a theist?

Atheists: What would be evidence of God’s existence?

Then let's take a closer look at what you said and examine it to see whether or not you used that fallacy. Here's what you said: The claim that you made is in bold, what comes after, is the thing that you've used to justify your claim. In other words, your argument is, "there are evidence...

I have two questions about monkeys and evolution

I just laughed when I read this. For someone who claims to not follow the changing tide of this world, you sure like to follow the changing tide of this world. I've seen you used the word, "God" so many times that I've lost count. BTW, I'm referring to your usage of the actual English word...

I have two questions about monkeys and evolution

When I look at a gorilla, I don't see a chimpanzee or a human. You may mentally see yourself as a gorilla or a chimpanzee, but biologically/physically, you're a human. So next time when you look in the mirror, don't try to look for a gorilla or a chimpanzee, instead just look for an ape that way...

What causes people to choose what they choose?

If God doesn't exist in reality, then why do you still hold to your belief that God exist?
  14. N

What causes people to choose what they choose?

So god doesn't have foreknowledge? So you're saying that God's perception doesn't exist in reality, or God himself doesn't exist in reality?

What causes people to choose what they choose?

Yes it is. So if God created the universe and knows what we are going to do before we do it, then it's predetermined.

Are you suggesting that the flea is some sort of virus and not an insect?

What is the definition of a "Woman"?

Proving that just one (1) murderer/rapist was born here in the USA, proved that your claim was wrong. ;)

What is the definition of a "Woman"?

Logic says, someone born here in the USA is still born here in the USA even after they've aged several years.
  19. N

What is the definition of a "Woman"?

It's a FACT, someone born in New York, is born HERE, in the USA. FACT, someone born here was still born here even when they turned into an adult. FACT, aging does not change the location where you were born. Good effort, but you still failed. ;)

100% lack of evidence to God

Those who believed and followed Jesus were wrong because there's fewer followers than the ones who opposed them. Of course, I'm just going by your reasoning. Yes, an ad hominem is towards a person and not their argument/position. Here's a good example of an ad hominem.
