    Lost but Looking :/

I like Japan, I respect them, but I prefer being English, I wouldn't change that for anything. As for their religion, Shinto I believe it's called? Yes I've heard of it before, but taking on a foreign people's religion always wrong to me, like I was trying to fit myself into something that...

    Lost but Looking :/

I enjoy reading, watching horror movies, anime (I swear I'm no weeb) taking walks, especially during the Winter, interested in survivalism, the supernatural and politics. I have zero musical talent :) I guess you could divide my interets into a green section of anything nature based, a very...

    Lost but Looking :/

Hullo RF, been a while since I was on, how we all doing? After a few months of study and attempted practice of paganism, specifically Celtic and Anglo-Saxon (to honour my roots) I find myself rather lost but hungry for more. I wish to continue honouring my Ancestors, respecting and revering...

No problem, thanks for the response! My interest in Daemons comes from both my roots in religion (started off as a Satanist), as well as my own pondering on what they are and what they can do. I grew up with, I guess you could say Christian, view on what Daemons are, evil horned things that...

    Far-rightists on this site?

I would describe myself as a Nationalist and have views that most on here would more than likely find disagreeable, so of course I voted yes :) .

What is a Daemon to you?

As the title says, I'm curious to hear your responses, long or short! :)

    The Boobs are Free Poll

I don't think many, if any, women will act on this new law. Perhaps a few feminists or equality nuts or more benignly a nudist, but the average woman isn't going to walk down the street topless.

    Could Jesus Swim?

Perhaps he could and over time that fact warped into him being able to walk on water. Unsure wether many could swim back then, so I don't know how much of a miracle it would be for someone to swim.

What meaning do trees have in your religion?

I'm curious to hear your responses, as outside of paganism I don't hear much about other religions views and thoughts on trees. What meaning do they have in your religion? If your religion says nothing about them, what meaning do they have to you personally?

    Some questions for Pagans

Thank you! Much appreciated, you've been helpful as ever. I find pantheism to be a confusing term and I've seen several different definitions. I'll look into getting that book, I've seen it recommended a few times now. Thank you for the reply, you've been very helpful. Thanks very much for...

What if your own personal notion of Heaven was real?

I'm already living it. What comes after this life I don't know, I like to think there's another life or a "heaven" but I've been pretty damn lucky to live this life.

    How materialistic are you?

Not overly, I tend to only buy things when I need them and try to keep my possessions to a minimum. I dislike spending money, probably as I have very little :D I do however have a fair few items of sentimental, rather than practical value. My religious beliefs say nothing about materialism.

    How to name a religion?

Ravenism does sound very cool... In fact, that's what I'm going to use in my writings from now on, even if its only a placeholder and I find something better, which i highly doubt. Thanks very much to @Thief :):):)

    Some questions for Pagans

Hello everyone, Last month I set out to discover more about my beliefs and build upon those I already had. This involved starting to read the bible and write down my own beliefs on paper, to better understand and build on them. I've always held an interest in paganism, first Norse, then Greek...

    How to name a religion?

Thank you to everyone that gave advice, its been very useful. I'm going to have a play around with various combinations and hopefully get a name. First I'll try using my own name in someway, failing that I'll try to use one of the core beliefs to name it. Thanks again.

    How to name a religion?

The most important part of my beliefs is my view on God, which is summed up with this line "God is in everything", its a sentient force essentially. God can influence us, rather than direct intervention. The number 7 also has significant meaning to me (based off my experiences) and it features...
