    Just read the story of Lazarus, John 11:11 "He said these things, and then announced, "Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep. I'm going to wake him up." Is one example in the bible where death is considered nothing more than a sleep.

    why do you believe hell exists on this planet or somewhere in the universe?. I do not believe that hell existed in the past or exists in the present time of earth's history. I just cannot believe that the God that I worship can be so cruel, as to burn the sinners in hell the minute they die...
