Sorry if it's coming off that way. Just want outside Muslim opinions on it, as that's where the opinions usually come from for me.
Although, science that could not have been known 1400 years ago now coming to light could be a real eye opener for some people in my opinion.
For those that don't believe in the science, what are your thoughts on the following article, regarding the section about the Qur'an?

Just some questions out of curiosity. Not meaning to start a huge debate out of this, or offend anyone.
Do you accept/recognize that
1. The Qur'an has never been changed?
2. There are scientific miracles in the Qur'an that could not possibly have been known in the time it was revealed...
See, that's another thing. I would genuinely agree with you there. But, in my opinion, the Hadith's make you arouse much more fear, and make you afraid of absolutely anything and everything. Much more talk of God's punishment and how serious it is, how easy it is to get the punishment, etc.
Personally I don't, no. But then you're going to get people telling you to not look at any sin as if it is a small sin etc. And that your brain can be corrupted because your heart is corrupted because of the listening to the music and everything else.
I agree, sorry for taking it off topic...
To be honest right now, in this confused state, I can see it both ways. Please note these are not my definite opinions nor is what I'm saying true, just thoughts that are going through my absolute chaos of a head right now.
Perhaps all God wanted us to learn from the Prophet salallahu...
In terms of Nicki Minaj's lyrical content ok, but if someone just LISTENS to Lady Gaga and doesn't watch her music videos or whatever, is it really pornography? Unless I'm mistaken she just sings the same generic catchy poppy stuff as everyone else on the radio.
