    at least you have base when you was a kid or what's your family practice?. every religion have their deep spiritual path, what most people failed is to find a way where and how to learn it from. mostly they stuck to the basic, do it the same thing over and over everyday.

    There are many level or part of sufi teaching.. it depend who sufi master you are learning from. for example of teaching is, 'focus on remembrance or zikr', 'healing', 'mystical journey', 'meditation', etc.
