    Close-minded is usually a function of the aging process. Old people are set in their ways because their formative years are far behind them, whereas young people currently in their formative years have minds that are much more malleable and "open."

    It seems to me that certain activities or lifestyle choices can put you at high risk for getting AIDS. Would I be more likely to get infected through innocent means (accidental contact with infected blood) than choice & lifestyle-related means ie. drug use, sexual contact?

    I support freedom of religion (politically), but I am not a secular person. I am Christian. You've got still got these terms mixed up.

    "Secular" is another way of saying "non-Christian" or "non-religious." Just like "Gentile" refers to anyone who is not Jewish.
