    Norse Mythology....

If you go to sacred-texts.com, you can find tons of sagas.

    Norse Mythology....

You said that you read the Edda, but there are two. Which one have you read? If you haven't read both (Poetic and Prose) I highly suggest that. Also, I'd say read the Saga of the Volsungs and the Voluspa.

    Question about Asatru

Asatruar are specific to the Norse Pantheon, although there are different variants of the belief system. Mine, Fyrnsidu, follows the Anglo-Saxon pantheon. There's Dutch versions, German versions, and I've even found a Frankish version! That one is the one I was most surprised with.

    A question about an experience

This is coming from someone with absolutely no experience of dream interpretation, but I'm guessing that there is obviously a connection between you and the Bear and Eagle. It seems that the Bear and Eagle accepted your invitation, while the Wolf and Bison did not. Not sure what it all means...

    Is S-a-n-t-a a tool of S-a-t-a-n?

Okay? He's not a tool of Satan either. He's a remnant of Paganism in modern society. Nothing Satanic about that. I don't believe in Satan, but if I did, commercialism might be considered one of his tools. Regardless, Santa is nothing but a jolly old man in a red suit that gives presents to...

    Is S-a-n-t-a a tool of S-a-t-a-n?

Santa, like many other "Christmas" traditions originated with Paganism. The message of Christ came much later. So no, Santa is not Satan, regardless of the closeness of names.

    Ask a Vanatruar!

Judging from your name, Lokabrenna, do you consider yourself Lokean? If so, I was not aware that Loke was considered Vanic. If not, sorry for my assumption! This coming from an Anglo-Saxon Heathen, who doesn't really make distinctions such as Aesir/Vanir. However, I am still wary of Lokeans...

    Attention Pagans!

There are so many different "Pagan" religions. Which one specifically is he converting to? There is no single religion called Paganism, because it refers to many religions. I'm just curious as to what this person is going to consider to be the Pagan religion to convert to for this month.

I am looking for Norse Pagans

While not "Norse" per se, I am of the Anglo-Saxon sort. Also, I know quite a bit about Norse Paganism, as I was a Norse Pagan before branching off to Anglo-Saxon. Ask away, and I will answer to the best of my ability.

    Mongolian folk metal: "Ego Fall"

I have never really gotten into any Asian bands. I don't know what it is, but I just don't like that Eastern sound. Plus, many of the bands who choose to sing in English have a hard time with the language...

    Racism & Slavery

Racial slavery did not come around until the U.S. colonies. Slavery has existed throughout history, and was never a racial thing until we in the U.S. got slaves from Africa (from the Portuguese.) When an Empire conquered another place, they took those they did not kill and made them slaves. In...

    Frankish Paganism

I know, I don't even remember how I found it. But it's so interesting. Mainly because there is almost no knowledge at all on what the Franks believed in. I think the biggest piece of evidence is in Childeric's (I think it's his) grave, where he was buried with a bunch of little bees made of...

    Frankish Paganism

Yup, that's right. I've been looking for something like this for a long time. I've always loved the Franks (pre-Clovis, of course ;)) Frankisk Aldsido: What is 'Ðie Frankisk Aldsido'
