    Kafir Questions

I've just got some quick questions. Do Muslims really believe Muhammad split the moon in two? Did he put it back together later or what? Do Muslims believe that the earth has always existed? So all intoxicants are banned except beneficial ones right? So is marijuana okay in Islam (especially...

    Objective morality and God

Just because you disagree, doesn't mean it's not objective, you're a creation in his universe and the morality was founded by him.

    Objective morality and God

    A personal being.

    Objective morality and God

You're missing the point, it caused creation, so reality is shaped by it, therefor everything it's objective to everything in creation and since there is no before or other to God then it's objective.

    Objective morality and God

All those corrupt and dictorial regimes sure were moral right and were perfectly justified because they were THE LAW. It's objective because God transcends reality and imposes the morality onto existence.

    Objective morality and God

    Objective morality and God

For me, the reason I believed in God was due to the fact that it gave an objective morality to life. So I was reading the Virtue of Selfishness and it pretty much gave a sound arguement for objective morality without God. So now I've got no reason to not believe in God, should I still believe?

    Reincarnation

Hey guys, I was talking to a friend about reincarnation and he asked me how you'd stop being a worm, I made a comparison to spending time in jail. Could you suggest ancient texts or give quotes explaining reincarnation of an animal please?

Rasing the minimum wage could cost jobs

Maybe if we raise it to a million per hour, everyone can be millionaires, I know a fantastic Zimbabwean economist called Mugabe who just completely remade the country with this idea.

Rasing the minimum wage could cost jobs

There isn't really much of a difference, a start up business would still be worried about the cost of labour. Thank goodness, I thought you were insane for a moment there, but even so, people could just buy the same stuff off the net and you wouldn't have to pay for all that rent. for every...

Rasing the minimum wage could cost jobs

Oh how nice, you've got a bunch of anecdotal evidence, now you see I run a business and yes, adding more to employee pay would in fact be very detrimental to me, because you see when you run a small business you don't want have to pay a large amount per hour, because you're actually not making...

If there is a minimum wage, why is there no maximum wage?

The reason why there is no maximum wage is because it's private property, you set your own wage, if you wanna reap the benefits of a long term investment in your company by having a smaller wage and investing it in expanding your business or you want a short term benefit of having a large...

Rasing the minimum wage could cost jobs

Wouldn't that mean it would be harder to start a new business instead it concentrates more power into the hands of the corporations you hate? The corporations can afford a minimum wage increase, smaller businesses can't.

    Choosing between God and Satan

I've been thinking of getting baptized and becoming a Christian and I've been a bit weak in the knees, giving my life over to Christ and accepting him would mean losing my independence, inviting God in and letting him take over would mean losing stuff I love, but then I realized that all that...

    Abrahamic history

Forgive my ignorance, but I've got many questions that make it somewhat impossible for me to believe in the Abrahamic god. One of the major things is about how the concept of God developed out of an earlier Hebrew god, how do for lack of a better word "Abrahamics" deal with this idea proposed...

    Animal Sacrifice

I'm of the opinion that I don't need to care much for creatures that don't reason. So you go do that. Hail Tlaloc

There are no polytheists in the West.

Because sometimes you want very personal gods, they can be your best friends and your worst enemies.
