    Yes indeed, so is the supposed sin of the Ten Commandments the worship of the idols or is it all encompassing to the use of idols? Im pretty sure it is "Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven idols to worship".

    As entire political and religious groups have interpreted biblical scripture to their cause just like this, i would say the phrase has many interpretations and has hypocrisy on both sides.
