    Evolution 'controversy'.

Again, you demonstrate your demonstrable lack of understanding regarding the scientific method.

    Creationists, please provide evidence

On an essential level, you have virtually no idea how science works. This is why this sophomoric argument is going nowhere.

    Immortality

Stop being so misanthropic! It could give humanity a chance to terraform otherwise dead planets on a massive scale, allowing us to spread life throughout a mostly nonliving universe.

How best to argue against creationists

I call it sterile. Although I suppose technically it's its own species. . . Or not. . . Where's P-Wolf when you need 'em?

Why would a Christian object to someone converting to Islam?

One of the tenants of Christianity (at least for most modern Protestant and Catholic sects at least) is that you're supposed to accept Jesus as the messiah. In fact, you could say that Jesus being the messiah is the most fundamental aspect of Christianity which distinguishes from Islam and Judaism.

    Evolution, the evidence redux

Well, we can argue the semantics of "human" all day. . .

    I'm a evolutionist

I always thought that Mayr and Dawkins used the word to describe people who study Evolution, not people who simply accept it. Maybe I misunderstood.

The Theory of Evolution is supported by the evidence.

Is this your way of admitting that Wolf schooled you?

Earth is much younger than previously thought

You demonstrate a complete ignorance towards what "science" is.

    What race was Jesus?

"Race" remains completely historically and culturally subjective. Jesus had no "race" in modern terms because he lived in ancient times before "Black," "White," "Asian," "Latino," etc. had been invented for socio-political purposes.

    Transhumanism

I've always been a fan of chemical transhumanism.

    A world without the Bible?

Do you mean Hinduism as we see it today? Because Vedic Hinduism is a lot different than Modern Hinduism. . . I think we should probably take this discussion to another forum.

    A world without the Bible?

Hinduism may be historically syncretic (ie, the traditions of the Aryans and the Dravidians mixing) but it is typically seen as an indigenous religion. Because of this, Indian traditions and Hindu traditions are often only separated by the personal prejudices of the historian/theologian/etc...

    Age of the Earth.

 Can anyone else read these? My eyes hurt.

Evolution and Creationism both have equal value and scientific evidence to support them.

Freedom of speech and expression, for the most part. Also, freedom from unwarranted harassment, search and seizure, etc. You know, all the rights you expect to have?

Evolution and Creationism both have equal value and scientific evidence to support them.

There have been cases where the ACLU has defended the first amendment right of NAMBLA. They also, if I remember correctly, fought to make sure a man accused of homosexual statutory rape wasn't treated differently than if he had committed heterosexual statutory rape. Those are probably what...

    Atheists Please

We must differentiate existential experiences and subjective experiences before we can have a further dialog on objectively constructed worldviews.

    Creationists: Here's your chance

Denying God's existence: Believing, firmly, that there is no God. Not accepting God's existence: Not believing in God because there is, as of yet, no sufficient reason to.
