Since we were born into a sinful nature, we WILL sin.
That's just the sad truth that you can thank Adam and Eve for.
But the main idea is that you'll always be forgiven if you confess your sins to God.
Just try your hardest not to sin.
It is quite confusing, yet crystal clear.
Neither do I understand it, but that does not mean that I do not act upon it.
It feels good! :D
But also bad :faint:
Yet because of my beliefs, I again believe in the reward of Heaven :angel2:
Indeed.
If God had come from something,
why wouldn't we be worshipping that "something"?
Why wouldn't that "something" have revealed itself to us,
instead of God?
Why would we have not heard of it? Why would it hide itself from us?
Christian belief is that we are here to live a pleasing life to...
Are you familiar with the possibilites of a God that is above and beyond our way of thinking and thus, above and beyond the various theories of proto-cell formation, modern physics, and also the concept of the same God having to come from something else?
To everyone:
All I am saying is that if...
And all movement must have been caused by another movement, right?
So there must have been some sort of "Unmoved Mover".
Basically, everything has to come from something.

I believe that someone is God.
But I'd like to hear your arguments.
Just because He [is willing to] condemn people to hell doesn't mean He doesn't love them.

His love is (literally) out of this world.
It is given to everyone.
But if you don't believe in Him...
You wouldn't go and burn for eternity. Quite some time ago, I was thinking the same thing you are...then I learned about purgatory. You could also call it limbo, if you prefer. I'm not completely informed on that subject, but I think it happens along the lines of...you stay in purgatory, people...
Well...I'll start off by saying, "It's a good question".
I myself have asked this countless times, and I still don't think that I've found the perfect answer. Who will?
But I can say that...
He WILL love you forever, no matter what you do and how many times you do it. For those of us who believe...
I love that I have something to believe in, and that there will be more for me after this life. I also love how I can share my beliefs with others, and feel that I belong somewhere.:D
It's a good question.
God put us here on this earth for a reason- to worship Him.
Now, that doesn't mean He is self-centered.
His love is unconditional in the sense that no matter what we do, He will always love us, but if we are unwilling to accept Him as our one true Father then that's when...
