Do you think Christ revealed himself to Mary & Mary first because he was testing the humility of their faith or perhaps because he wanted to punish the disciples by sending women to instruct them?
To believe that Christ died to save us. I don't know what else I can say on this subject...it's pretty simple :) nice insight anggellous. OREGON ROCKS !
My favorite is the book of Jude because of the uniqueness of material written in it. Example; the dispute between Michael the Archangel and Satan over the body of Moses. Nowhere else in the bible do you find this. And can you imagine what would have happened had Satan gotten Moses' body...
The ORIGINAL sin had nothing to do with Adam in the first place. The original sin was Lucifer's pride and jealousy thus him getting kicked out of heaven.
I seriously believe that all the world's religions need to take a stand against religious tyrants and put a stop to them once and for all. The question is...how do we do it?
Does God or whatever we believe in really want people killing each other based on faith? And does anybody think the "organized religious ego" ( that's my term for my faith is right yours is wrong :D ) will get over themselves long enough to stop religious wars and all the needless, senseless...
Ok let me explain myself. Most ( not all ) questions like this are based on a comparative of the Holy Bible vs. the Quran. Basically a religious ******* contest of who's book is true and who's isn't. Ask most muslims or their clerics and they will say and deny strongly that the Quran is perfect...

1. In Sura 3:42, 45 SEVERAL angels appear to Mary in the annunciation of the birth of Jesus.
In Sura 19:17-21 only ONE angel appears to the virgin...
Pray for spiritual insight and see who answers and then go from there. I personally know that my beliefs are not for everyone nor are they better or more right than anyone else's. I am a believer in God but that belief is based on my own personal experiences and relationship with HIM, not by...
In answer to whether or not God will send you to hell because you asked for it....God grants us all we need for life and godliness (2 Pet. 1:3). He does not satisfy our greeds (James 4:3) but our needs (Phil. 4:19). Like a good parent, God knows if something is not good for us, thus He will...
As for the suffering so many trials, I feel that we suffer so that we may grow through experience and that suffering in many ways gives us our identity. If there wasn't suffering and trials then we would be one dimensional thus we would have no true emotional freedom. If there was no suffering...
New here and just interested in seeing some intelligent conversation in a forum for once . On a personal note I respect people of all faiths and don't base my faith in God by ANY ORGANIZED RELIGIOUS STANDARDS but by my personal experiences I've had with HIM. Peace to all and God Bless.
