    The Status of Jesus

Also just to add a little something... Here's how the Qur'an puts it: Indeed, the example of Jesus to Allah is like that of Adam. He created Him from dust; then He said to him, "Be," and he was. [3:59] God created Adam when he had no parents at all, does that mean God is both his parents? Of...

    The Last Prophet

Yeah it was mentioned... [33:40] Muhammad is not the father of [any] one of your men, but [he is] the Messenger of Allah and last of the prophets. And ever is Allah, of all things, Knowing. Narated By Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "My similitude in comparison with the other prophets...

    Why Bother?!!

hehe, thank you not4me :) I missed this place too. I had problems with my internet and this forum, for some reason it wouldn't work for me. I think they actually believe they are doing the right thing. They think Hijab=no skin. Of course no one told them wearing such tight cloths is the same as...

    So, What's Up?

I'm still alive! Just busy with exams and stuff. Hmmm I think we need some new topic ideas in here, so that people would start posting again. How are you not4me, and how is Ramadan treating you? I'm beginning to miss food! :p One thing we could discuss is what is wrong with lots of us...

Is there room for any religion that cannot be criticised?

That is exactly my point. You want to judge over one billion people because of the actions of a few? Did you hear about all the Muslim scholars on TV talking against the violence? Did you hear about the Muslims who were actually having a dialog with Danish people? You never, or rather rarely...

The Muslim Jesus - a documentary

You're welcome, not4me :) I do understand that there are of course fundamental differences between both concepts of Jesus, peace be upon him. But I wish our Christian brothers would see that we both have great love and respect for him, and that we both could learn a lot from his teachings.

The Muslim Jesus - a documentary

This is a documentary that was shown on British TV. It's about how Jesus is according to Islam. I really liked watching it, though it was made by non Muslims :) Watch the whole movie online Or go to you tube and watch it in parts Or download the movie (part 1) And part two

Is there room for any religion that cannot be criticised?

I get that. I meant it as in if you wanted to discuss something over here in the forum. If your aim is to curse at others, feel free to do so. But if your aim is to have a civilized dialog then there's a certain way to do it. ;) 1. It's interesting that you think that's what we ALL do. 2. It's...

Is there room for any religion that cannot be criticised?

I want you to read what you just wrote. Maybe I misunderstood you, but that was something very demeaning to say. Let's say you have a brother and he like many others chooses to become Muslim, would that make him a brain-washed zombie over night? If anything I'd say he's the exact opposite...

    Like hi.

It's from an episode of a cartoon called South Park. Episode three of the tenth season I believe, "Cartoon Wars". Can you tell I'm a fan?

Is there room for any religion that cannot be criticised?

I don't watch Canadian news, so I'll have to take your word for it. ;) With that said my above comment is only my opinion. It's how lots of us feel sometimes. Whether it's true or not that's another debate. We all can learn from each other, I agree. It's just that it seemed as if Europeans...

Is there room for any religion that cannot be criticised?

In my opinion Muslims and their religion is constantly being criticized. Like when you look at the news, if a man does something that is bad, they say he did it because he's a bad man. However if someone who happens to be Muslim does the exact same act, they make sure to tell you about his...
