So do you. You believe them and their claims that he sat with nasty people.
Cherry picking, much?
Just in case you are not familiar with the gospels, pens all guided by the hand of God, the above verses seem to be wrong. John tries to tell it that it was 'The Jews' who hated, plotted...
So the answers is yes the Religious leaders that said Jesus had a demon, was a glutton, winebibber and plotted to kill him were wicked and liars. So these guys are the ones you are believing, lol.
“Then the chief priests, the scribes, and the elders of the people assembled at the palace of the...
Yes, it is illegal to hold a trial on the night of Passover, but this does Not deter the Sanhedrin from pursuing their wicked purpose.
Remember they were Not an un-biased group.
After Jesus resurrected his dead friend, the supreme court / Sanhedrin decided that Jesus should die - John 11:47-53...
No; the Sanhedrin chose to put him to death (Matthew26:3-4), then got the Romans to do their dirty work; thus cutting them off, by breaking the Abrahamic, and Sinai Covenant (Zechariah 11), and placing the Curse of Moses onto them (Deuteronomy 28).
In my opinion. :innocent:
Goodness how many more time have I to rewrite everything I've ever written? God help me
Let me try this one...
Last Passover Suffering of Jesus Christ

A chronological and logical, historic synopsis of the four Gospels, interlinear Ebersöhn / Greek / KJV

You are starting with an agendized depiction of this group called "Pharisees." If I quoted all the talmudic references which paint a different picture would you suddenly say "oh, now I see why you consider yourself a Pharisee"?
Hi CMike, why are you proud to be included as a Pharisee when this is what they did to Jesus?
Mark 3:5-6
Jesus looked upon the Pharisees with anger, being upset with them because they were hard hearted. Then, Jesus said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” The man stretched it out. His hand...
Hi Levite, I disagree. Here is how the Pharisees treated Jesus:
Mark 3:5-6
Jesus looked upon the Pharisees with anger, being upset with them because they were hard hearted. Then, Jesus said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” The man stretched it out. His hand was healed. The Pharisees left...
It certainly does not, for a number of reasons.
A) It is God who ultimately decides WHO judges mankind. And Jesus specifically says that he Judges "as God tells him". Therefore, God still has ultimate authority.
John 5:30
I can do nothing on my own. I judge as God tells me. Therefore...
Then I suppose that is the primary difference between us. I don't need Jesus to be God in order for him to have authority over men, because the bible doesn't say that.
John 5:21-22
21 For just as the Father gives life to those he raises from the dead, so the Son gives life to anyone he...
A thread and poll by Trey of Diamonds - Was Mary Magdalene a Prostitute? have already been covered, but I would like to revisit the topic, because, it is interesting topic. The other reason why I bringing this topic back, because I got into a debate with Kark R in another thread - Is Judas...
Please bear in mind and place these events in a time period perspectives, where the only two major religions of the world at that time were that of Judaism and Christianity. Namely the Pharisee Rabbanical Political Party (PPP) and Jesus pbuh and his very earliest followers.

Further clear evidence of the tight-knit political relationship between the Pharisees, Doctors and Herodians:
Herodians were the (Be-headers of Messanger of GOD John the Baptist).
Pharisees were the (Planners and the prosecutors of Jesus of Nazarath).
The Herodians:

Did he? This seems like pure supposition on your part.
Great. So then you're Catholic, I take it. Right?
Or Coptic? Or Orthodox?
Or are you all of the above? It would make sense if apostasy of the Church is impossible.
So? The Gospels also say that Jesus would be "three days and...
Well, it is interesting that bat does not appear in the middle of the bird list. Why is that? And again, ancient Hebrew had no periods, commas, etc. They are modern inventions.
1. The Book of Mormon teaches that little children are not capable of sin because they do not have a sinful nature...
