    That's a nice thought.

I don't like to share stuff like this ...my grandmother told me about a month ago, that I should stop being so stubborn, and guarded. Her disease (Alzheimer's) caused her such a rapid decline.

I will miss her more than you know.

I know I am, and one of my resolutions is to be less guarded, and more open to life as it unfolds. Yes, you told me about that patient...I'd like to know how that came about?

as staying with the Franciscans and they had a 91 year old patient who had extremely severe dementia...I had to change his defense, changes clothes, spoon feed em, shower him, assist him in taking his medications, keeping well hydrated, do everything

it was cute because the same phrases would always come out of his mouth. they were usually Ave Maria, help one another, and God's will be done! I thought dementia seemed kind of cool because if he was angry at me, he would forget about it 10 minutes later. :-D
