  • I've yet to mention Paul, however Holy Scriptures were accepted by Church fathers, the only ones in contentment were 2 Peter, Hebrews and Revelation, yet all made it into the canon. I see no reason for Christians to keep the civil laws and ceremonies of Israel as they were authored by Moses (2 Chor 35:12) to create order and to help the Jews look forward to their Messiah, again the example of Passover
The Ten Commandments are the Laws of God and were written in Stone (Exodus 31:18; 32:16).Moses laws ended at the cross (Ephesians 2:15), Many of Moses's laws were just Shadows of the Messiah, Should as the Passover, which gave us an understanding of Christ's scarifice.
Thanks for the Frubals, but I'd have to say Mosaic law, as in the book of Leviticus, was not written in stone for a reason, and contains many reference to Christ, the laws of Moses is not what Jesus came to complete
Here at the forum...some comments run shallow for lack of soap box to stand on. I ignore the insults to my mind and heart. When I do rebuttal the comment, I take aim where it counts.

yeah...I came to the idea while reading King James.
I was nine or ten years old at the time.
That was more than four decades ago.
Can't help but wonder about mainstay religion.
thanks for the frubals, Daniel the prophet said in "the time of end. Many will rove about, and the knowledge will become abundant." We are living in that time right now and the churches who continue to teach such falsehoods are on very shaky ground because the evidence against their teachings is getting stronger and stronger as our knowledge of the original language increases. :)
