Awesome, I'll have to give that a try! I'll probably wreck it, though, I seem to have this thing where I ruin something I'm cooking for the first three times and on the fourth go I get it right.

Mmmm, I love that Ayurvedic tea, speaking of which I need to get some more. I've never tried Tibetan tea, but I've heard it's good. I'm going to have to look and see if I can find it in my local supermarket.

I don't think I'll be going to India any time soon sadly, but I'll remember your suggestion when/if I ever get to visit there.
