"There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear ... "
    1 John 4:18
Yep, pretty much. I believe when I die, I will be sent to be judged by Ma'at and if my soul is lighter than her feather, I'll be welcomed into the field of reeds, if it is heavier, I'll be devoured by Ammut.
I see, thank you for sharing this!
Then, what is the difference between Bhagvan and Isvara, if any, and what is your view of Brahma and Shiva, etc in relation to Krsna? :) Sorry to ask you all of these questions!
    You're welcome :)
May I ask about the difference between Krsna and Brahman, or Isvara? :)
I happen to own that now, thank you for suggesting it! It's a very interesting read, though I haven't read a lot on it, what I have read has been very cool, I like it! To me it talks a lot about our fears of this life, and ethics.

I would love to read more on these kind of things, and the scientific-minded verses would be fascinating to read, too. :)

By the way, can you expand upon how you view the Vishnus to be an expansion of Krsna? :)
Drink driving is a terrible thing, I am a person who does not drink (my system doesn't like it), so for me it is even more disgusting, I can't even stand the smell!

Thank you for sharing your experience. When you say the mahamantra, do you mean "hare Krsna hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, hare hare, hare Rama hare Rama, Rama Rama, hare hare" - or is there another mantra? :)

I understand that you are not attempting to push religion onto me, it's great to be able to talk to someone about the Eastern religions though. :)

When you say research into Krsna, how do you suggest I do that? I actually have the book "the Science of Self Realization" by A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada and have read it, but if you can point me to more sources to research, I would be grateful. :)
    Hi!

I have never 'tried' Hinduism so to speak, although I was a Theravada Buddhist for some time in my life, and I tried Zen Buddhism before I fell out of Buddhism. The reason I left Buddhism is because I believe in both a soul and a Divine Force (God), which is why Hinduism and Sikhism are so attractive to me now.

Are you a member of ISCKON, may I ask? Or just simply a Vaishnavite Hindu? :)
    Hi!

Yes, I am still searching for a faith. I'm flattered that you have offered to help me. I do not decline help, so I would be glad to listen to you. :)

    Hare Krsna, hare Rama :)
