Taoism seems to bring the balance of venture (goal-driven) and relaxation (acceptance), equating to the ultimate form of bliss. If the 70% rule is acknowledged, it seems it apply to most aspects of life. 70% effort seems to be a good percentage of effort to be competent in one's life journey without beating up the soul.
