Ty. It's good to have company also.
I'm trying to get across the difference between their paradigm & the scriptures. My hope is for them to see that what they are led by is a sort of invisible manual "alongside" the scriptures & separate the two. To show that the scriptures have their own message when freed from that manual. But I realize I need to tone it down, & beseech him instead of being so confrontational.

I wish I could comment on the posts that he addresses to you, but my time is limited. You're doing well.

I would say
"the Bible never says that baptism with the Holy Spirit superseded baptism in water (that was "your" conclusion)",
and I would ask him if he's read the scriptures (and cite them) where baptism in water continued even after baptism with the Holy Spirit started.

What is this healing that did not go so well that you were talking about with rrobs? How are you doing?

The by grace alone, through faith alone participants often make an argument by connecting certain dots to make a hypothesis, and close their arguments with conclusions, because there are no scriptures to confirm their hypothesis. Such as rrobs Hebrews hypothesis that baptism in water was but a shadow of the Holy Spirit to come.
