This is very awkward..writing this, I mean...the thing is....there is a cat...THE CAT...forcing herself into the crook of my left arm...I normally type on my phone with my left hand...and now am being forced to use me right...while balancing the phone on the arm of my settee. One of our cats lost an argument with a speeding car a few months ago. She was unique with a personality to suite. Soon after she joined the family she earned her nickname which became her real name. Hubby was going to the loo one night in the dark and tripped over the cat. Next morning the kids asked "what did daddy shout at Cleo last night?" My quick response and Cleo's future name was "Cooking fat"

Ok, saw the doc this morning, all seems good with the stomach. But i am having back problems, probably from spending close on a month in bed.

'Like' this one, not cos you're in pain, but because of the good news re your stomach. Yes, that time in bed will do a back no good at all. Physio? Louise had a nasty back problem years ago....physio gave her a set of exercises that soon put her right. All in good time, Chris.

Kinesitherapy is the usual thing here but they are booked up for 3 months. So i have asked for an osteopath appointment, they not got back to me yet.
