I think Deeje should have given you the "Winner". But that was asking a bit too much I guess (can't find my smileys here), hence I gave you "the Winner".

Deeje effectively called me a liar in that tussle, she lost a lot of respect there

Yes, I saw that. Recently family members twisted things. They could not say sorry, so twisted it and called me a liar. I don't let them get away with this.

Religious books claiming to know it best, is a major problem esp. when people forget that "Love is the highest virtue", not their rules
Thank you for the frubes. Hope your day is good.

yes, you are so right,I just read a post and the woman was just rude in all her posts because someone doesn't believe as her and I lost it and gave her a piece of my mind, then I felt bad afterwards, but oh well I spoke the truth, I guess we all have our moments.lol Take care.

I also feel guilty easily, even when other is wrong and I only defend myself. RF is a good place to practice for me how I feel. Slowly my "father imposed" guilt feeling diminishes. My first step was to recognize this. Second step "just keep on breathing feeling guilty".

At least we have RF rule 8 on our side, and the other is wrong; handy rule to use

You should be very proud of yourself you have made that first step to overcome that feeling. I'm proud of you as well.Deep rooted feelings are not easy to overcome but I'm confident you can do it!!! Keep it up!!!

Thanks for the friendly frube :) it got a bit heated but I don't mind backing down when I'm clearly in the wrong.
